Welcome to the World of ISLE, the members-only platform of creative duo ISLE.
Sometimes, life brings you connections that reach far beyond words. We experienced this in an unexpected way when we met Anastasiia, a talented choreographer from Ukraine, during a concert we played in Luxembourg. Under temporary protection, Anastasiia carries the weight of a war that, while distant from many of us, is an ever-present part of her reality. Through her art, she finds a way to express what words cannot. The music video is officially out tomorrow, but tonight it premieres here already, especially for you, our treasured Explorers.
You have already been able to hear our newest single here on the World of ISLE, and now you can also listen on your favourite streaming platform. Sad Song is officially out today! This song is deeply personal to us. It was inspired by our close friend’s experience of losing a father after a long battle with cancer. Her profound revelation touched us and inspired us to write Sad Song.
A concert in your own living room creates an enchanting atmosphere in which you can lose yourself completely. A special experience that we want to turn into a possibility for everyone, so from now on you can book us for living room concerts, and as an Explorer you get a 15% discount!
Here is the first single for our upcoming album. Nobody likes pain, and we don’t enjoy it when we hurt. Yet, inevitably sorrow will come our way. One of our best friends lost her father way too young, after a long battle against cancer. Her profound revelation touched us and inspired us to write Sad Song.
Calm, Confident and Courageous. Those are words that I repeat often, and that I’d like to be. Yet I find myself more restless than I am calm, more insecure than I am confident, and more anxious than I am courageous.
We are currently working on our new album, and it is exciting! Yet if I am completely honest, I am also afraid… I am afraid that it won’t reach as many people as I am hoping it will. I am afraid I won’t be able to do a good enough job in all the work we need to put in in order to give this album its best chance.
