Suited to the season, I thought I’d play you one of my favourite covers, Autumn Leaves, composed by Joseph Kosma.

Autumn is a season when normally I would be lamenting the end of summer and resisting the advancing grey dreariness. I would fight it and try to hold on to the long summer days a little longer, but this year I feel more at ease letting fall unfold around me.

You know that feeling when you wake up, you can still remember something you just dreamed, you can almost see it, grab it, but then a few moments later it’s gone? Such a thing can be somewhat frustrating. You try to get back to that moment, that feeling, that image in your head.

While we were at ISLE in the Woods we took a little time to sneak out from building the set and soundchecks to do a photoshoot with our lovely friend Stefany de Beurs.
We really love the end result of her photo’s, and wanted to share them with you guys before they appear on social media and as our new Spotify banner.

Last summer we found a little island in the middle of nature and, with the help of an amazing team, built up lights, stage and sound. What a gift it was to be able to take people along into a world of imagination, to let songs and stories resonate through the woods.
